All support is provided by a software engineer from the GDevelop company (GDevelop Ltd or GDevelop France SAS), assisted by a professional game creator also employed by the GDevelop company.

We will deliver a detailed answer to your issue, problem or demand. You send us an email with as much details as possible. In case of Live Support, we recommend to send your details by email but we will make a call with you if that's easier. We will investigate and follow up with you as long as we have the time booked for it remaining. In case of bug, you can expect a workaround. For a technical detail or game creation demand, we will work with you about how to build it, or even will do it inside your project.

You can send us an email at the email address that was given to you after your payment. If we don't hear from you, we will contact you at the email address used for your payment. In case you do not answer, we will refund you.

If you send us your game folder (if you're using the desktop app) or your account and Cloud project name, we will be able to work directly on your project to create what you need or try to fix your problem.

This depends on the complexity of the bug and if it's related to your game or to the game engine. We will investigate during the time you have booked and will try to give you a work-around. If we've identified how to solve it, we will explain it and could even release a new GDevelop version with the bug fix as soon as we can - this depends on the roadmap of the core development team. We will strive to find how to avoid or fix the bug directly in your game project.

Depending on the time you booked, we can implement some gameplay mechanism or give you advice on how to build them. We're not developing full games but can help you build it. We can also give you details of professional and agencies building with GDevelop.

We're doing the best to work on your question or by working even directly on your project if you provide it. We may not always be able to fully address your issue or troubleshoot a problem in your game - but our support offers are still the best and fastest way to get help. In the rare case where your demand might be not adapted to our support, we might inform you and have you decide if you prefer a refund or if you still want us to try helping you on your project.

The GDevelop company is regularly in contact with the GDevelop community on Discord, our forum and social media. We're doing our best to improve GDevelop and make sure it works for all use cases. The community might be able to help you! If you need dedicated support or have a urgent need, these paid support offers are the best way to talk directly to us and ensure we can have time to work with you.

We can understand English, French, Spanish, Portuguese — but we will answer in English or French. We recommend you write in English if you want the fastest support.
